About IHBB Canada

The International History Bee and Bowl are two history quiz competitions in English which are held around the world. The Bee is for individual students; the Bowl is for teams. This website has all the details on our tournaments for primary and secondary students in Canada.

Regional Tournaments

For the 2018-2019 school year, we anticipate running both the Bee and Bowl at 6-8 regional tournament sites throughout Canada. For the first time, we will run two separate regional question sets in Canada this school year, giving students and teams two chances to compete at the regional level.

Championship Qualification

The top students and teams will also qualify for our annual Canadian Championships in the spring and the 2020 International History Olympiad.
